This is my 1967 GMC 1/2 ton 2-wheel drive, long bed pick-up.  It originally belonged to my grandfather, who purchased the truck new.  The original paint was a two-tone medium blue/white with blue interior.  It had a 305 V6 engine backed by a 3-speed transmission.  I acquired the truck In 1995 and restored in it 1995-1996.  I replaced the V6 with a 402 big block and the 3-on-the-tree with a 4-speed transmission.  I chose white for the new paint color with gray cloth interior.  In 1997 I replaced to 402 with a 350 small block and switched to an automatic Turbo 400 transmission.  I am currently restoring the truck once again, but this time making it into a short bed.  I will retain the 350 small block, but am swapping the Turbo 400 for a 700R4.
